COVID-19 UPDATE
A lot has changed since our last communication as the situation with the COVID-19 virus evolves on a daily basis. This is a very difficult time for all of our families, communities and the world, and we at BACA are striving to both follow the scientific and government imperatives on social distancing, as well as continue to provide treatment and support to our new and existing clients during this period of uncertainty.
For this reason, and after much deliberation, we have decided that as of Wednesday March 25th, 2010, all BACA services will be conducted solely remotely through an online video-conference platform (Skype, Zoom, Google hangouts etc.) or via telephone. We see it as our responsibility to try to protect our clients and staff by not having them travel and potentially expose themselves unnecessarily. Once public safety is no longer in peril, we will resume welcoming you all on-site at our clinic once again.
In the meantime, rest assured that you will continue to receive the same professional service from our competent and caring therapists via distance therapy, as you did in our offices. We are ready to provide remotely supervised meals both individually and in a virtual group setting, in addition to virtual psychotherapy and support groups, and individual /couples’ and family therapy.
Just sit in a calm and quiet room free of distractions, somewhere you feel able to conduct a private conversation which will maintain your confidentiality, and let us (virtually) come to you. No need to get dressed up, and no need to go out, all our services can be reached from the comfort of your own home.
