Summer intensive Program (16 years old +)

This summer, let us support you in a more intensive way towards recovery from your eating disorder. Together, and step by step, allow us to help you break the cycle of your eating disorder in order for you to be able to engage in a healthier life this coming fall.

• 8 weeks – Monday through Friday
• 6-10 meals per weeks as neededt4
• 5 weekly groups,  snacks included
• Multiple individual sessions per week with individual therapists, nutritionists & other mental health professionals
• 1 Coaching session with the director
• Medical follow-up
• Family support
• Weekly mailing including tools and readings for the week

Please note that a mandatory 2 hour orientation session with Tania Lemoine  to assess your needs  and establish treatment recommendations is necessary in order to integrate the program.  This session is at the cost of 400$.

Signature 6 week Family Program- 850$ per week, per family

Find some peace within your family life, and feel better equipped and more confident in facing the challenges brought upon your family by an eating disorder. Together, let’s take the first steps towards recovery!

• 6 Online psychotherapy and psychoeducational group sessions for parents (Wednesday evenings)
• 6 Online parent Q&A group sessions (during lunchtime, day to be determined)
• 6 In-Person psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic group sessions for Teenagers (onsite day and time to be determined)
• Nutrition Coaching for parents (1.5 hours during the first phase of the program)
• Parent coaching with Tania Lemoine (2 hours during the first phase of the program)
• Supervised on-site family meal (2h during the second phase of the program)
• Review session with Tania Lemoine (1h during the second phase of the program)
• Weekly mailing including tools and readings for the week
• A copy of the book “L’Espoir à table,” by Tania Lemoine

Binge Eating semi-intensive Program – 600$/week for 10 weeks

People with compulsive overeating & binge eating are often left behind. BACA is here for you. Recognising the need for more intensive services to support the binge eating population, BACA will be offering a semi-intensive program as of September 23rd 2024. Kick start your recovery with multidisciplinary care. We will be honored to accompany you on your journey.

Starts when we have a minimum enrolment of 6 participants

• 2 hour orientation session with Tania to assess need and treatment recommendations, to be paid initially on top of fee for the program
• 10 online therapy groups (evening) (1 hour per group)
• 10 online 25 minute grounding groups (during lunchtime 12:30)
• 2, 30 minute leisure walks with audio support weekly (online log in)
• 1 nutritional evaluation and 3 follow-ups during the 10 weeks
• 3 onsite mindfulness meals (evening) ( clients bring their own meal, we provide beverages and dessert) (2 to 2 1/2 hours, 2 counselors)
• 10 coaching sessions during the 10 weeks
• 10 weeks of materials to support recovery
• 3 monthly online 90 minute follow-up groups post program
• 3 additional weeks (1 per month) of materials

*** Additional coaching, therapy, nutritional and family sessions at the professional’s hourly cost when available and desired.
