People with compulsive overeating & binge eating are often left behind. BACA is here for you. Recognising the need for more intensive services to support the binge eating population, BACA will be offering a semi-intensive program as of September 23rd 2024. Kick start your recovery with multidisciplinary care. We will be honored to accompany you on your journey.

Starts when we have a minimum enrolment of 6 participants

• 2 hour orientation session with Tania to assess need and treatment recommendations, to be paid initially on top of fee for the program
• 10 online therapy groups (evening) (1 hour per group)
• 10 online 25 minute grounding groups (during lunchtime 12:30)
• 2, 30 minute leisure walks with audio support weekly (online log in)
• 1 nutritional evaluation and 3 follow-ups during the 10 weeks
• 3 onsite mindfulness meals (evening) ( clients bring their own meal, we provide beverages and dessert) (2 to 2 1/2 hours, 2 counselors)
• 10 coaching sessions during the 10 weeks
• 10 weeks of materials to support recovery
• 3 monthly online 90 minute follow-up groups post program
• 3 additional weeks (1 per month) of materials

*** Additional coaching, therapy, nutritional and family sessions at the professional’s hourly cost when available and desired.
