The purpose of this group is to help you best understand and explore issues related to your sexuality in a safe and open way.<\/p> <p>The following themes will be covered:<\/p> <ul> <li>Physiological stages of arousal<\/li> <li>Desire vs. arousal<\/li> <li>Effect of medication on desire<\/li> <li>Sexual health and safety<\/li> <li>Performance anxiety<\/li> <li>Adult virginity<\/li> <li>LGBTQIA+ issues<\/li> <li>Intimacy and connection<\/li> <li>Pleasure and empowerment<\/li> <li>Consent<\/li> <li>Pain and sexual dysfuction<\/li> <li>Sexual self-esteem and body image<\/li> <li>Sexual communication and assertiveness<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Please note that while all are welcome, this group is not intended to work on issues related to sexual abuse.
